Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to weather conditions, traffic, public holidays, high demand periods, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Due to the nature of grocery products, GYLO follows a strict No Return Policy.
Returns and refunds are generally not accepted after successful delivery.
However, refunds or replacements may be provided in the following situations:

• Damaged products caused during delivery.
• Failed orders where payment was successfully deducted.
